کے تحت یہ نوٹیفکیشن جاری کیا ہے جو کہ

 صفحات پر مشتمل ہے.

اس نوٹیفکیشن میں انکم ٹیکس ریٹرن 2023 نہ جمع کروانے والے نان فائلرز حضرات شامل ہیں

In exercise of the authority conferred under section 114B of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) hereby issues this Income Tax General Order (ITGO) to enforce the filing of Income Tax Returns for Tax Year 2023 by individuals who are not appearing on the active taxpayer list but are liable to file returns under the provisions of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.

Under this order, mobile phone SIMs of 506,671 will be disabled for the following individuals who meet the criteria specified above.
